Coimc take down and re-hashing
I have had several people ask me when the next pages was coming and well after a huge debate to wither i introduced the cast properly, i decided to restart the comic from scratch, and introduce the characters properly one at a time instead of all at once... so please bear with me while i re-write all the pages and begin reposting the new changed story... it's still the same, and these pages will get posted again, but much much later... after you meet the characters properly.

new page and format change
page 18 is up, and again i did a format change as drawing A4 was making me skimp details in pannels so I am back to doing A3 size images, but now they take alot longer and then the added cost of paying to reduce the damn size.... ah well i hope you guys injoy the extra details i can add at a bigger scale!

page 16 - text update
I am editing the text on the first few pages so they are more ledgable, and also I am looking for a colopurst for the comic, so all the pages will be edited and updated in the coming month. page 16 is now up, and page 17 is on it's way, half inked, but still coming!

Summer- new job
As you guys know I am working in a bakery now, so it's takeng alot longer than normal to push these pages along. I have heaps now in pencil waiting to be inked in and I will eventually get to them, but at 2:30 am in the moring you only want to pencil in stuff. so far summer has been very very kind, only two very hot days in a row where I was doing oven duty, it was 40 outside and it was well over 50 to 60 infront of those things, so as soon as I got home I hit the floor, very very hard.
We also are one qualifed baker short, so both me and the second year apprinteice are pulling exta day shifts and on the days off, coming in earilyer and staying later in an effort to help the boss out who gets no days off what so ever now.... untill Australia day that is.. I think, which would be a good day to do heaps of catch up pages inked if I get that off as a public holiday.
Also this summer, I have entered a comics tourdement on Deviantart called "Steel Nation" so wish me the best of luck, as I will probbly be doing each entry with 2-3 hours drawing and story time notice, so we'll see how many rounds I can last.
Hope you are all having a great summer, ( or winter, which ever the case may be) and I will post very very soon some more pages.
you know, there's one thing wrong with this image.... Meika doesn't like water AT ALL. Man was I really streching it drawing this as it's really out of character... but it's great for summer so I hope noone minds.

MERRY CHRISTMAS< HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!
ok I was a little late wishing you all a merry christmas, but I had my birthday 4 days later and then I was at a friends on newyears last night and well, I got to show off my new present, my brand new spanking wizzbanging car! it's been nicked names the "Hot tamalie" as my uncle calls it that every time he asks me to take him out for a spin in it :D anyway enough with reality for a minute, I have page 15 coming soon, it's been inked in, so it will be up very very soon, so we can surpass these fillers and get the story going again! it's very tempting to leave the pc switched off however on my two days a week off, as so far everyday has been around the 30 to 40 degree mark and well I don't handel the summer heat too well so it's not helpful having the pc on in my small room and heating it up a few more degrees further. ANYWHO's I'll let La Pumpkina give you the highlights of newyears in her rant, as I was so tired after work I can't rember much of last night and I only ever drabk one full glass :P

Singing Hot Hot Hot
Yo,
Lecture one: So, being the wiseass I am, I say to people I don’t need sunscreen, sunscreen is for pansies, this is Oz, get used to the heat and so on and so forth. But I had to stand out in the sun for over 4 hours one day and I think after that time I was suitably roasted all over.
I had, naturally, been sunburnt on my arms, face and back. But the burn was so bad on my back I had blisters and weeping bleeding skin. Now after having many cold showers and small times in the middle of the night where I cried in pain when I got involuntarily touched by my significant other, I think I can safely say to you, ’WEAR SUNSCREEN!’.
It was fantastic how red I made my skin, I never knew such shades of scarlet and crimson existed. Moral of the story: if you like pain then by all means forgo the caution of sunscreen and chargrill yourself in the blazing 35°C heat.
Lecture two: No matter what the circumstances, always worry about your friends, even if they hate you for being the nagging one. I have several friends who, either by health or work, are under pressure and get sick. One had not understood my meanings and has since avoided talking to me for loathe of getting his ear chewed off, but I don’t care because he’s living far away from home and he’s working a lot so in lieu of any family I tend to worry.
I can only hope he’s okay. I last spoke to him about three months ago.

page 14 WIP - bakery work
Page 14 is nearly ready to be posted, but I'd like to wait untill I get a day off to post it up as a got a new job as a baker and well the 5 am starts and the 9 hour shifts really take it outta me. I will put a up a christmas filler, if i can decide what to do for it, but I will be thinking more so about the pages that have to be posted first.

page 10 is almost complete.. hopefully it will be up this weekend. working one a nice one pager and saving up a little bit of mula to become a doner here on smack jeeves too, so we are going to have to make a better looking banner and the like. Pages 1-8 might have to be redrawn much later, I know the look shocking but when the story begins to develop alot more, I will go back and re-draw them, and make sure they are a bit more interesting and as detailed as the rest of the pages are being churned out :D keep an eye out for the comic being posted, as I have to pages waitng to be posted but I'm missing the inbetweens so they are nagging me to get the others up in a hurry.

You Never Know ...
Yo,
Being awhile since I had a lecture that people were actually willing to tune into :p This launch has been a crazy ride, one that I keep a bag of popcorn stashed, just in case. My ideas have apparently motivated the almighty enlightened one (A.K.A Kylie) to draw her pants off on this comic and to plug it senseless to the wider community.
One thing I love to do is blab about inane things or things that happen and shouldn’t happen again, hence the reason why I ‘lecture’ and not rant.
So, lecture number 1: Never tell your maternal grandmother that her stories from 50 years ago suck balls because if you do, an iron with your name on it appears and suddenly you’re feeling a little flat around the edges. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Lecture number 2: You shouldn’t stay up late doing things that can be done earlier or at a more convenient time for others. Vacuuming at 2am is a no-no, while dusting is okay. Jumping on the bed is also a no-no, but giggling about Link’s boomerang is something that can be tolerated.
Yet I tell you this while I myself type this at 12:35am. Enough said.
Lecture number 3: Always smile, especially when everyone on the train is looking cranky. If you ever have to be one of the sardines on the tin can of Connex trains, save someone from stumbling into the oblivion and they might have manners. I don’t count on it, not if you try saving a man by the tie.
The last time I had a sardine train, I was itching to draw, so I whipped out my pad and doodled, and for the next 45 minute I had about 20 pairs of eyes watching me from all angles drawing a stuffed rabbit. When I looked up I had 20 people smiling at me. It was just a rabbit, ignore the grenade in its hand …

page shuffling
remember how I showed a peice of page 11? it's been shuffled to page 12, as I decided page 10 needed and extra page and a full page spread for the apperence of the firetruck... Assuming I can re-draw the firetruck, for the 5th time. pages 9 and 10 are in a redraw due to me not likeing them, and so this is page 9 up, re-done in all it's glory and page ten will have to be done from scratch also, but half of it will be moved to page 11. it's not that I won't use my little teaser page, it's just that it's got a new place.

updating site layout
been busy playing with the site layout. I will have the next few pages up in the next week or so, as two of the pages need a serious re-draw, so i'll get on that right away... man, I'm gonna have to learn to draw firetrucks alot faster, they take foever to draw and still look like a child's crayon drawing.

page 11 spoiler
I know it's only a few posts off, but I just wanted to show you the improvement you'll be seing after the next three pages are up.
The images and inkin is alot better, but that's mainly because i have had the other pages done for a while and this one is recent, and SIZE consistant! which will be a godsend! as right now the sizes are random and It's hard to res-ze them without loosing quality or readablity.. whcih is night to impossible anyway!
ALSO: pages 4 and the intro page are yet to be updated to correct size. I will get right onto it, as soon as I re-scan page 4 as it's gone for a walkies off my pc.

RELOCATION RELOCATION
we have relocated from freewebs to here due to having HUGE problems with the adress linking to the main site and not the proper webpage it's ment to, so now we have moved here to smack jeeves and I must say it's the best damn thing I have done in the last few days for this web comic. less stress, means more time for me to get this comic drawn and underway! also in future I will get around to about, links and character bio pages, but all in good time, i am not cluey with htmnl so untill someone can help me we are on a limb with fancy things.
